I need to change the .htaccess to get my website up again. I comment the follow line and all work well. "Options +FollowSymLinks" The code from my .htaccess: How can I activate and use the watermark without the site going down? Immediately after I press activate on watermark module, all the site gets the "500 Internal Server Error". Thank you. EDIT: SOLVED! I installed a older version of the watermark and it worked. Hi Tyian I'm having the same problem. I clicked on install in the watermark module and got just a white page with " 500 internal server error " I can't see my Bo more Can you please help me ? How can I uninstall watermark module if I can't come in to my BO ? If I delete watermark module from site deleting every files contained in the module with file manager will it work ? Prestashop 1.5.4.1.Some hours I has lost by reading forums and trying to restore shop. At the end I'm simply copping file '.htaccess' from my other Prestashop to this one and this site came back to life!Probably module Watermark sometime can damage the file '.htaccess'?Good Luck! airbag76 Posted April 11, 2014 Share Posted April 11, 2014 Hi,if you want use watermark module again make so:Find the folder "watermark" inside "modules" and open watermak.php (make a backup before).At the line 193 there is the string "Options FollowSymLinks", you must comment it adding a #.Maybe is necessary regenerate the miniatures in preferences->images. Who maintains this module, I got an update through bo of my Prestashop a few minutes ago. (and my site went down after I ran the updated module!!!)
