Please Help Me! Upgrade Problem!

Hello Everybody! After upgrade my prestashop store to prestashop version 1.5.6.2 with prestashop 1 click upgrade module didnt upgraded and backed the last backup from this module. Then adressed to login page. I log in with my mail, wrote "The Employee does not exist, or the password provided is incorrect", Then clicked lost password and write my e-mail, wrote that "This account does not exist.". I logged to my cPanel. no problem. How to solve it. Please Help who knows it. It is very important for us. Need us to open site next day.

Hello,

i had same problem, you could try process to recover /change password if lost without email, this will clear password and you can choose another, this will overwrite all process password and then continue as before problem, the process as changed Presta connect password but not sql base password link so it works on c panel :

 

upload password recovery : http://addons.prestashop.com/fr/fonctionnalites-front-office-modules-prestashop/3558-password-recovery-mot-de-passe-oublie.html

 

unzip , install inside folder "password" via FTP like process/

 

go to url site wwww."yoursite"/admin../password    

then change password

 

 

this  is ok for me

Thanks for Reply friend. But My problem is not losting password. Problem is that "account does not exist" wrote. But I see my e-mail account in cPanel>phpadmin>ps_employee, not losted. This module is an extra step for password creating.
