NemoPS
Wow, I've never seen this happening. So you only have a single language? But translated things differentlly? Can you show us our website and provide screenshots on how you setup translations in the back office?
vekia
have you tried to re-import language packs?
BKAenvy
Well the thing i wanna do is reset my Prestashop.. So reinstall it, so all configurations i made are back to standard. How can i do that? im so newb when it comes to make websites and such..
benjamin utterback
Well, you can't reinstall and expect all configurations to be the same. It seems that you language settings are the issue. In that case you should re-import the language pack as vekia stated. It's under Localization>Localization>Add or Update Localization pack
BKAenvy
It doesnt work.. my website is in english now and everything seems normal. But there is still like italian all over the configuration, in like module names and such. The webshop isnt done yet, so i tried to delete everything from the database with Filezilla, but i cant delete surtain files... And when i download the new Prestashop 1.5.6.2 and i wanna upload it on there, it gives errors all the time when uploading. So backoffice gone everything gone. Seems im doing something wrong OR im just to newb for this! How can i just delete everything and install the new prestashop and start from the bottom? i really need big time help! benjamin utterback
Oh okay, You're going to need to totally reinstall PrestaShop with a new database. Your FTP has a bunch of failed transfers also.
BKAenvy
Is there a location i need to upload the new prestashop? I cant delete ALL files on my FTP?! is that normal?
benjamin utterback
Of course you can. It may be a server issue. In your FTP go to the root directory and delete. Maybe that's what the failed transfers were?

benjamin utterback
Okay, it seems that you've deleted more than just your PrestaShop store. You should probably contact your hosting provider to make sure your set up is good to go. Follow this video tutorial, it should help. Many hosting providers have one click installs that don't require you to install it manually.
