We have an external billing platform for layaway that will ping our system when payments are made. I cant seem to figure out where this can be done. We would pull the order detail and then "add" a payment from the relevant source so that a person looking at the order details could see the payment progress towards the balance and after a certain point we would mark the item paid/prepare for delivery.
