Moving presta from subfolder to root, changing db

Not sure if right topic, please excuse if not.

 

I had installed Presta in subfolder and make everything to put my website live. To move it to the root, I just moved all files, and changed the path somewhere in congiguration (I've googled this one).

 

Now, I changed database too. Site is working, it does have connection with db, but whenever I add the new product, it won't show up on the website. Seems like it's been inserting into db, because there are showing in backend tough.

 

Any ideas?

while you adding new product, you see some error messages? or maybe you've got some troubles like white page etc.?

Everything seems normal except it's not showing on a website. But in product list in backend it's apperaing normal. When I click it from there, I just get message that product doesn't exists.

ok so i need a little more information:

- what prestashop version?

- some modules to change / extend urls? (like pretty url addon etc.)

- friendly urls turned on?

Prestashop version: 1.5.6.1

Extra URL modules: NO

Friendly URLs: TURNED ON

Have you tried regenerating friendly urls? Maybe disable the option, save, then enable it again (and save)
