El Patron
it may be that you have made modifications and broke your registration process. did you keep back up files? I refer to this post/modification. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/297153-assign-an-address-alias-for-future-reference/?do=findComment&comment=1501417

El Patron
from firefox I added a product to cart...and went through the checkout process without a problem. when adding my address I did get this http://screencast.com/t/igjb4URl97eP so I added alias name and made it to paypal...note: I have never been required to enter alias address as they default is set by native prestashop to 'my address'. So I don't understand why we must enter it on your shop. maybe clear your browse cache/cookies and retest
bb22dk
Thank you I did not check it from firefox, but from internet explorer I get this error. Yes I did clear my browser but without luck.
El Patron
I started IE, and loads of dust came out of my puter, don't use it much but I know it's important that our shops support it. first glance, the main menu 'specials' drop down no longer worked on IE. not that this helps much but I was able to add to cart, add account, and go to paypal on IE maybe try one page checkout...it's nicer anyway... El Patron
just tested on danish...worked...again to paypal...using one step checkout, which I think is an improvement. El Patron
one step is generally preferred...but it's a matter of what you like... and I tried three times to reproduce and could not. sorry
bb22dk
Thank you for your time trying helping me. Now I just change it to one page checkout until I can solve 5 step checkout. Best regard
