Module - temporary change of customer group if cart total is higher then some amount

Hi,

 

can anyone create for me module, which would be able to temporarily change customer group if cart total is higher then some amount?

 

We have two different customer groups:

A - normal prices
B - lower prices

 

It's not possible to use any cart rule, cos the discount is different for different manufacturers.

 

Some customers are in B by default, but to others (from group A) we would like to give prices of group B if their cart total is higher then (for example) 1000. And these lower prices they will have just for this one order.

 

While the customer from A gets to group B, there are two possibilities what should happen:

1) prices of all products in eshop will show lower - of group B

2) prices of all products will stay the same, but in cart will be information about discount, or about amount how much money they need to get discount.
