Twinkles
Hello All, I am about to upgrade a module, but before I do, I am trying to backup from the back office my database. I am on version 1.4.6.2. When I hit the button to start the back up I get the following error:- An error occurred while backing up. Unable to obtain the schema of "ps_mailalert_customer_oos The store seems to be working OK. Can anyone help?

Twinkles
Sure - I can do that Vekia - in fact I used cpanel to back up. However, that does not take away there is an issue with the database.
vekia
what kind of issue and where? where you see this issue? in phpmyadmin?
Twinkles
No this is in the back office of the store. When I use built in option of Prestashop to back up - I get that error message. I can export from cpanel or phpmyadmin with no issue. But the fact there is this error in the back office suggests a problem.
