menu bar adjusting ,( from 980 px to ) how can i do ?

HI

 

I am adjusting the menu bar from 980px to 770 px to make menu bar and cart menu at same level.

 

I have changed in superfish-modifier.css but still i am unable to adjust , 

 

i am attaching my configuration.
