Paypal module issue - Sales tax

We are using the prestashop 1.5.6.0 , and paypal USA module 1.3.0

 

When we disabled the sales tax calculates on our paypal account , the orders are  no problem on the back office .

 

But  when we enabled the sales tax calculates on our paypal account , the sales tax was added to the order when customers log in to the paypal for paying  the order . the payment is ok  , but there is no order on the back office  .

 

We are still wanting to continue to enable the sales tax on our paypal account without any issue , because we have  many sales tax rate  on our paypal account .

 

Is there any ways to fix this issue
