not receiving emails

I'm not getting emails when a new order is placed. Everything is set how it should be, but still… And a second problem: When i place an order to test it, and choose to pay with bank wire, i don't get the payment details (such as bank account number, address,…). Please help me!

i get this message:

I registered in yourshop and I got the confirmation email. this means that mailing in your shop does work!

 

in you message it said "malformed address" are you sure of that!

the test message that you get fromprestashop shop is not like the one you pasted! in your shop either you get the success message, and the you receive the email, or else you will get an error message in your shop directly! so the message you pasted is coming from your shop?

 

try with another email address
