miamandarina Posted January 19, 2014 Share Posted January 19, 2014 Hello,This is my shop http://www.miamandarina.es/ (Prestashop 1.5.6.1, Template "Elation liquid")And this morning I had a big problem that I'm going to try to explain:I have configure 3 carrier companies:- Tipsa (private company that I charge 5,30€)- Spanish post office (that I charge 4,90€ if you buy less than 35€) - Free Spanish post office (This appears only if you buy more than 35€ instead of the first one, and charges 0€)This system has being working well so far, but he problem is that this morning a customer made a buy of 8,25€ and prestashop didn't charge her anything for the postage!It was even more strange than that, because when I go to see this order in my prestashop back office, I can se anything in the DATE of the order neither in the Carrier company she selected! Is all empty. You can see this in the photo I atach (Fecha means Date, and Trasportista means carrier company) I called the customer and she said me that when she was buying the shoping chart shows her the 4,90€ of postage, but finally somehow they didn't charge it this moneyMaybe this can be important: this customer had made the shopping cart like 10 days ago, and today she came and finally paid it.If you have any idea of what can have happened please tell me, thank you very much! miamandarina Posted January 27, 2014 Author Share Posted January 27, 2014 After some days these are the things that I checked: I had a lot of orders of different costumers and I did not have again this problem with Paypal. But today the costumer that had the problem the first time did again an order and again the order did not charge anything for the postage. The costumer said to us that she saw the shipping cost in all the steps, even the last one just before paid, but I do not why when she accepts the payment paypal did not charge the shipping cost...
