bullywug Posted January 19, 2014 Share Posted January 19, 2014 Good morning, I recently noticed that our customers who place international orders are not being shown all applicable shipping options available to them. The two methods not being displayed are Small Packets Air and Small Packets Surface. Also, while the site seems to correctly quote the shipping for Xpresspost International and Parcel Surface, there was a $65 difference between the quote provided by Canada Post and the quote the customer is given on our stie for Priority Worldwide INTL. I've gone over the settings in backoffice and I can't come up with an explanation for why it is behaving this way. I was going to attach a screen shot but I'm not sure of what to attach since everything seems fine and works in every other way. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. bullywug Posted February 17, 2014 Author Share Posted February 17, 2014 Okay, so now it's not just international orders. Xpresspost isn't showing for order which it should be valid for. The problem is that this module wasn't made by Canada Post so they have no answers and Prestashop isn't responding so there's no help there.
