Customize url's in order step

Hi, maybe someone have some solution, i want to have my custom url's in order steps.

 

Now it is like (after adding product to cart, and going to process purchase):

1.domain.com/order

2.domain.com/order?step=1

3.domain.com/order

4.domain.com/order?multi-shipping=

 

And i want to have clear url's in this process like it will be: domain.com/order?step=1, ?step=2 and so one.

 

What is interesting, if in order process i press button back (in any step), i see good url's, like first is domain.com/order?step=0 and so one.
