Referral rewards Module ONLY creating voucher for user refereed not for user that did referring?

Okay its odd. With this module both the person referring and person being referred are supposed to get the discount. I tested this module out and I referred myself using diff email of course. The email I refereed got the 20% discount i have set up but the email that did the referring did NOT. And yes i do have  voucher set up and it worked but only for referee. As you can see i have successfully referred two customers but no vouchers? http://prntscr.com/2kjpg1

 

But again the voucher was given successfully to he customers I referred???
