Problem with changing URL's

Houston We have a problem!

I have working prestashop on domain bijutaniki.com (detelinmarkov.com/niki) , but develop clean new shop on domain testzone.detelinmarkov.com (detelinmarkov.com/bijutaniki) - detelinmarkov.com is main domain on my host.

Yesterday i change shop. Old one go to niki.detelinmarkov.com (detelinmarkov.com/niki (folder) ) with changing in backoffice

Change redirection of my domain bijutaniki.com (old setting bijutaniki.com/niki) to bijutaniki.com/bijutaniki (new shop is in folder bijutaniki - detelinmarkov.com/bijutaniki)

In new shop change URL's in back office to

New instalation (detelinmarkov.com/bijutaniki) bijutaniki.com homepage working without pictures and give me internall error 500

The same problem with old instalation (detelinmarkov.com/niki) niki.detelinmarkov.com.

And the big question where is my problem. Everything is messy but i need to make working new shop version. Old one go to hell but what i need to du to use propperly my developed new instalation?

I don`t want to make new instalation and settings everything again. Please help.

Information again:
main domain detelinmarkov.com

shop domain bijutaniki.com - old redirection bijutaniki.com/niki %{ENV:REWRITEBASE}index.php (my hosting provider is make that redirection before long time)

old shop folder: detelinmarkov.com/niki

new folder shop: detelinmarkov.com/bijutaniki

If i make back up of developed shop (detelinmarkov.com/bijutaniki) and then make new instalation in this folder (import backup) will be solution for my problem?
