I feel I'm painting myself into a corner and need help.

I've been trialling PS for the last few weeks and have invested quite a bit of time and money so far to see if I would be happy with it. I currently use Volusion but have been drawn to PS with lots of features and a real nice looking front office. Plus it will be cheaper to run in the medium to long term.

 

Not sure why, but I have only now discovered that I can't print invoices unless the customer has paid. This is a major problem as many of my customers have accounts, but still require an invoice to pay on.

 

The other issue I have related to invoices is the desire to be able to print them direct from the orders screen, instead of having to download them first then print them. There is a "print order" button that does exactly what I want, but just for orders, which I don't need.

 

I don't want to have to select the "payment accepted" option on orders either, otherwise I won't know who has and hasn't paid at the end of the month.

 

Surely others have come across this? Or am I completely missing something. I hope I am.

 

I really don't want to abandon PS due to the investment, but if there isn't a way around these two issues I suspect I won't have a choice.
