ruilong
VAT 6%, 12% or 25% when selling to Swedish customers.Selling to non EU countries = no VAT.Selling to EU countries = VAT as above, unless the customer is a company that enters their VAT number, then they pay tax in their home country and thus, the order has no VAT.vouchers are a bit special.. if the voucher is generall for the entire order, you need to specify the amount based on % of the value.say the order contains one product for 100€ and this has 25% VAT, and another product of 50€ with 12% VAT. you give a voucher of 10€ off, then you need to specify this as, 1/3 of the 10€ is 12% VAT and 2/3 of the 10€ is 25% VAT.this needs to be entered on the invoice so the VAT amount is correct. I'm swedish myself but my business partner is english and it would be really good with an english version. Thanks!
maxa
One more thing about swedish vat. It would be very handy to be able to have a popup or a rolldown where the customer could choose to see and shop with or without vat. The reason to this is that companys are able to write the tax off while private persons pay tax directly. Taxes should be displayed in the cart, invoice and so on for both customer types. You can se an example here: http://www.dustin.se At the first popup you can choose "Företag" (Bussines) or "Privatperson" (private person), where bussines result in that you see all prices without VAT, while private person result in that you see prices including VAT. You can also make this change within the webshop. Choose english in the top and then you see one checkbox for "ex. VAT" and one for "inc. VAT" (also at the top of the page). Pralbin: I dont know if your after shoes specific, cant find that document on the webpage but there is some other documents like this general one: http://www.tullverket.se/download/18.3cc1940611667e5db7f80005546/Importing+goods.pdf Swedish part (its documents like albers, but they are in swedish so no reason to take the text here in english): Det finns likande sidor för fler kategorier, några exempel här: Kläder: http://www.tullverket.se/download/18.4ab1598c11632f3ba9280005514 Livsmedel: http://www.tullverket.se/download/18.4ab1598c11632f3ba9280005515 Ris: http://www.tullverket.se/download/18.4ab1598c11632f3ba9280005516 Varor generellt: http://www.tullverket.se/download/18.4ab1598c11632f3ba9280005518 Finns massor av information men det var de specifika jag hittade.
