Help with img/tmp files....please

Hi,

 

I have been trying to figure this out and can't solve this issue. 

 

I see some files are loaded automatically on /img/tmp folder with the following names :
ps_import01DURz
ps_import0fo5UGi
and some images are created when a user sees an image on the website.

Why are these files created? 

What can we do to stop these files to load automatically?  Is there a code which can automatially disable the files that are creating in the img/tmp folder?

 

I have been deleting these files and its a very tiring thing to do everyday as my hosting service wants me to delete these files as its taking lots of space.

Please someone help me resolve this issue.

Any experts, please help?  Some kind of code to block the tmp file images to load or automatically delete it after loading the images or files?
