disappearance of box where you enter codes

When the costumer go to check out the cant see the cupon box. It desapear. A week ago it was.

Anyone have any idea why this may have happened?

have you got vouchers defined in cart rules section?

if there is no voucher codes, voucher field will not appear there

... but you've got voucher codes defined in your store?  you attached screen of voucher creation page, not available in shop voucher codes.

I thought that i defined the codes in the rules creation page

what theme you use? default one?

have you got an access to database manager like phpmyadmin (it's usually a part of hosting account)

and the thing is that i was looking the webside from my tab and there the copon code place is there

in the regular website not the movil site

I have access to the phpmyadmin but i don´t know nothin about this?

Can I "reset" the prestashop program whitout losing all my products?

i suppose that problem can be related to your hosting caching (not related to caching in prestashop)

do you know something about your host caching software?

it's worth to check it.

It happend again

 

If apply a cupon code and then i push the eliminate cupon button then i can  never see in that place.

now i can`t see in my tablet

 

when you said my host caching software do you mean in my computer?

no, i mean caching related to your hosting account, maybe they have got some software to cache websites for ip addresses, so you sometimes see old version

but my ip address was the same for pc and the tablet and was working in one and not in the other
