Is there any chance to change only one category looks (size colour)?

everything depends on what you exactly want to change and where,can you shed some more light on it please?

On the left of the site u can see a lot of category, i would change only the last one looks.

in css styles you can use code:

#categories_block_left ul.tree li:last-child {background:red;}

 

of course you can personalize styles exactly as you want
