I have several categores, product names, and meta-keywords that use the é character in the name. I have French and English languages installed. Up until a few days ago, I had no problems. Suddenly I'm getting error messages when importing on any products that have this character somewhere in the file. Any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it? CrystalPhoenix18 Posted January 15, 2014 Author Share Posted January 15, 2014 Fixed - apparently my spreadsheet was saving the file in Windows 1252 character set. Once I set it ot UTF-8, it all worked fine. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
