gr4devel
Hi community I'm facing a big problem After change the orders state I can't modify them (e.g. remove products or edit their quantities). I tried to restore the previous state but nothing changed. Help

gr4devel
Ok I solved alone the problem. It was related to the option of the order state. Rule: if there is one order state in the order state history of the order with the "Show delivery PDF" checked then the order can't be modified. As concept it's pretty consistent but I think that the doc could be improved mentioning this situation.

Some times I need to add an item in the order that the customer forgot. I can't do that, no problem, BUT the product added generates a new cart instead of modifying the original cart. Is that normal ? Is safe to just delete that cart later on ? It that's the case, it means that carts and orders are independent once the order is generated and it will be safe to delete all the old carts ?
