Shipping Cost Problem

Hi all,

 

Can anyone advise on where I might be going wrong? I have set up my delivery fees etc one fee no matter on the number of products but for some reason the shopping cart is displaying the shipping fee as FREE Shipping? not the shipping fee I have set?

 

How can this be?

When I add a product to the shopping cart it shows the following on the shipping page:

 

Choose your delivery method

 

BLANK

 

No options to pick??

You should show us screenshots of your carrier configuration. Also, a URL would be nice.

Thanks for your reply, I have refresh many time (F5) no changes, yes it says FREE shipping all throughout checkout process. I have attached screen shots as requested.
