[SOLVED]top menu another style

Hi all, how can i change topmenu like in attachment? Is this possible?

drom superfish-modified.css ine 93, remove position:relative;

.sf-menu li {
float: left;
position: relative;
height: 48px;
text-transform: uppercase;
font-size: 14px;
}

So first item "Home" is ok. But second or third not...

}
