having a very strange problem

Recommended Posts

I am having a very strange problem with my site

Whenever a customer checks out and, goes to the payment section (In this case we chose BluePay) and, after they enter their information, MOST of the times the sale goes through

BUT, EVERY time, the customer gets "processing order"  THEN, "TIMEOUT ERROR"

Which often results in the same customer ordering the exact same part time and time again ONLY to result in them calling to wonder whether their order went through and, we have to issue multiple refunds

Can someone please help??

Aimee

My site is http://www.replacementvparts.com

you can try ordering a part in the search area using   "test" (without the quotes, this will bring up a test order, then use "SHIPPING" In the voucher area and this will reduct the price to only $1.00 (which I will refund automatically)

This just started happening over the last couple of weeks

I contacted Blue Pay and, it has nothin to do with their system. They told me Prestashop is NOT reporting the sale as completed or something

PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi Aimee,

Can you please advise, when the system time out..does it record the transaction on the Payment gateway i.e Payment go through successfully or the payment also failed.

Please advise.

Regards,

Zedrox Team

The System does record the transaction most of the time and, payment does go through BluePay sucessfully. and, also records as a sale.  However, some of times it does also record through BluePay  but. never records as a sale. I have had a few customers call asking where their order was and, when I look into the transaction I can see their transaction but, it does not appear as a completed sale on my end. But, 99% of the time the sale does go through

Weird part is that customers often re-order thinking that their order failed and, ALL the successive payments appear in the transaction history but, ONLY (1) sale

Kind of weird right?

Any help would be appreciated
