Issue with setting up responses to customers

I'm having issues with responses sent by Prestashop to customer's questions.

 

Responses arrive as following

 

1) The Link is incorrect, instead of www.claybourg.com/prestashop/contact-... it should be www.claybourg.com/contact-...

 

2) The logo is arriving as an attached file instead of embedded in the email, it looks fine in the confirmation email the customer is getting

 

3) I need to change the message, it is incorrect that responding directly will not reach us.
