change invoice id for 2014

Hi,

 

I would like to change the invoice id for 2014.

 

Would like this to start with MC20140001 and so on.

 

In Prestashop I am able to change the id in orders-invoices.

 

However, if somebody orders, the invoice is still a 2013 number like 20130187.

 

Can somebody help me out ?

Hi,

 

I am still struggling with this issue.

The function to change the invoice number via the Back Office is not working.

Would it be possible to change the starting number via the database ? I searched everywhere, but can't find it.

 

It would be great if somebody could give me a hand with this. I assume I am not alone in wanting to change the invoice number with the start of a new year ? How are you doing this ?
 

I am using Prestashop version 1.5.5.0 , but having the same issue with a testshop which is on version 1.5.6.0

Is there a possibility to edit the database directly to correct this issue ? Which field would I have to adjust ?
