Adds
Hi, I have been trying to resolve this issue for days but I just can't find the answer. When ever I make a new Categories and use the upload image button to upload the image it just comes back as blank on the site http://dsd-uk.co.uk/index.php?id_category=6&controller=category&id_lang=1 when I go in to edit the categorie the image is shown http://dsd-uk.co.uk/img/tmp/category_6.jpg but the image url for the main site is showing the image as being at the following location: http://dsd-uk.co.uk/img/c/8-medium.jpg I don't get this why is it doing that? How do I get my images to show, PrestaShop is a great little bit of software but not very easy to resolve issue and I can't find the answer at all? Is there anyway to resolve this. Any help would be great. Thanks, Adam. My host has come back with the following answer: The admin section of PrestaShop should provide an area where you can edit the folder or path to where the new product images should be uploaded to and retrieved from. You may like to review their support documentation or contact their tech team for assistance.

walidon
regenerate images, clear the cache, in the BO, as well as your browser and see the result!
