selectshop.at Posted January 12, 2014 Share Posted January 12, 2014 (edited) Seems that IP from Prestashop is blocked ? Ask your provider if he is using IP-Tables or other firewall on the server. By the way also check if server-module cURL and allow_url_fopen are installed and set to yes, and ALL magic_quotes XX and safe_mode set to NO. gti_united Posted May 7, 2014 Share Posted May 7, 2014 (edited) Hello, in my phpinfo.php i can found, that cURL support is enabled.file_get_contents i can't find in this file. also i can read in the forum that i should enable allow_url_include to on, but i can't activate this. Hi Vekia I have the same problem with localization and also several modules missing in the list, cannot access prestashop.com My php info: curl enabled allow_url_fopen = 1 allow_url_include = 1 and also: [~]# cat /etc/hosts | grep prestashop.com 91.240.109.21 prestashop.com Prestashop.com is not blocked by the firewall Prestashop 1.6.0.8 and 1.6.0.9 No non-prestashop module enabled php version: 5.5.16 ; apache 2.4.10 ; mysql: 5.6.17 The FO works well.
