Problemas con Menu horizontal Superior en Leo converse Theme

Hola! soy nuevo en el mundillo y me ha surgido un problema, al intentar cambiar la configuracion de mi barra horrizontal de inicio en mi plantilla de leoconverse , en la configuracion de prestashop Modulos-Menu horizontal supeiror-Configuracion cuando intento guardar algun cambio me salta el siguiente mensaje en una nueva pantalla

como veis estoy utilizando XAMPP y la estoy creando en localhost , he probado a reiniciarla , desactivarla, desinstalarla  y nada, tambien he mirado el tema de permisos en los archivos que salen en el mensaje , la verdad llevo unas cuantas horas atascado , y no entiendo bien que ocurre , agradeceria vuestra ayuda

hola! por si a alguien le ha pasado lo he solucionado cambiando los permisos de la carpeta /cache/smarty
