shmish111
Hi,I'm having big problems with product customization. When I try to save some text or upload a file on the product page, I get the "Uploading in progress, please wait..." message but it just stays there for ever. Nothing is uploaded to the database. I have deleted all customization fields, tried creating new products, deleted all old data from the database so there is no trace. The thing is, I got it to work the first time I tried but then I started playing with the Downloadable Product option and it stopped working. I have since turned this option off. I have tried different browsers but with the same result. I have looked through the log file that I have access to on my host but I can see nothing. No errors or information about the problem, just lines such as: [05/Oct/2009:14:52:04 +0100] 193.111.227.10 - - "GET /shop/product.php?id_product=13 HTTP/1.1" 200 21131 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; GTB6; EmbeddedWB 14.52 from: http://www.bsalsa.com/ EmbeddedWB 14.52; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.30; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.648; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729)" Has anyone got any ideas that will help me to at least diagnose the problem.Any help will be greatly appreciated.David. shmish111
Well turns out I was being a 'tard. For future reference, always be careful that you don't put one form inside another when you are moving blocks around the template files!Sorry!
