sherizona
Greetings. I am running prestashop 1.5. Some time ago I made my site offline so I could work on it. Time has passed and the IP I entered long ago so I could still log in to the dashboard is no longer my IP. Now I'm getting the same "site is down for maintenance" message everyone else sees. Is there a way I can log in to the server and modify a file to add my new IP? I need a way to access the dashboard again. Any help is appreciated. Many thanks! - Sheri
vekia
hello you should be able to log in to back office even if your actual ip isn't listed in "allowed" ip addresses in maintenace mode. have you tried to log in to BO ?

fantiques.com
Old topic, another problem. My prestashop 1.6.0.9 is in maintenance mode. My IP has changed and now I am unable to log in to my own prestashop program. I can not log in to the admin panel, since it now will not accept any password. Was there a resolve for this? If so, what was it?

fantiques.com
please try lost password Hi; Thanks for the suggestion, but I did that already and it still refuses to accept any password. I cannot get into the admin panel to change anything and the site is set to maintenance. Since my IP was changed (cable co), I can't even view the prestashop shop that's in progress. Very frustrating! Deleting cookies, cache files, etc., doesn't fix it. If I knew where in the prestashop files the IP address or password is, I could use ftp access to change it..... Thanks for the reply, John
