claire_creative
I have a small problem with the invoices being generated with my prestashop store. My store allows the customer to add text to the tshirt that they're buying and also to upload a logo for the tshirt. The invoices that are created through the cash on delivery payment process are perfect, but I was just using that option to test the process. When a customer uses paypal, the invoice is missing all the custom information added by the customer. I added some custom modules to enable the addition of text and logo and its so strange that it works perfectly for one payment method and not the other. The site is now live so I need to fix this as soon as possible. Do you think you could help?
tuk66
It looks like your version of PayPal module doesn't save customizations as other modules do.

The payments must be processed by paypal. Is there a way of adding these customisations to the Paypal module? Are there other modules I could use? tomerg3
Are you using the default Paypal module that came with Prestashop? Did you make any changes to the COD module to get the custom text there? Did you try to ask whoever made the modifications to look into it? Yes it's the default Paypal module. no changes were made to the COD module. I asked the programmer who added the custom modules to look into it, but he didn't understand why it was happening, which is why I'm asking here. Any ideas ? : /
tomerg3
Very hard to say, as we don't know his code. I suspect that some variable is not being initialized properly when Paypal is making the callback to your site, and that in turn omits the customization
