Payment & Order confirmation error?

Hi There,

 

I have a prestashop installation working fine apart from the 'payment accepted' and 'order confirmation' emails to customers. They do not display as expected and only display the following codes:

 

for payment accepted email, text in email is as follows: 

 

mail_/mails/[iso]/payment.html

 

 

For order confirmation email:

 

mail_/mails/[iso]/order_conf.html

 

 

Any help greatly appreciated...
