prestamax
I have never heard of an option to import .txt files into excel. How does this work? Why don't you put the information in excel directly instead into a .txt file. Edited January 8, 2014 by prestamax (see edit history)

RogueWaveLimited
To answer your original question, no there is no way to use a URL for description in the CSV which would pull the description from another file. If this is something that is very important to you I can help you with doing this on a one-time basis or every day.
