Purchased theme 'Toys' not displaying correctly

Hi There,

 

I purchased a theme from the prestashop website (toys land 1.5) and used the back office installer. After I had installed it onto the new prestashop website, the page layout is all over the place...any ideas most welcome.

you've got some modules attached to "displayHome" hook? if so, can you turn them on please?

 

to replace menu to correct position use this:

Hi There, I just had a look in the 'modules - positions' and there does not seem to be any modules attached: 

Homepage content - 0 Module  [This hook displays new elements on the homepage] (Technical namedisplayHome) No module was found for this hook.

 

Also, not quite sure how to use that code to get the menu into the correct position? Not that competent as a developer I'm afraid

you have to use this code for example here: http://www.popincookinuk.com/shop/themes/ATR299/css/modules/all/modules.css

 

go to modules > positions and click on transplant button

 

try to add homefeatured module to displayHome modules list

 

will see what's goin on then

Did that (message said successful) but nothing happened on the front page? Also, just as another note, I renamed the categories in back office (from ipod etc) and although they are renamed when you click into any pages, they are not renamed on the front page? Might be a related issue?

I think the issue that 'I cannot change anything on the front page' may be the cause of the other issues? Any idea's on what could cause this or should I start a new thread?
