Product that acts as a discount to the whole cart

Dear Friends,

 

i have this issue:

 

i want to make a product to be something like a member card.

 

if someone buys this product, he pays X amount and immediately courier taxes are free (for the courier taxes i have solution, this is not the problem).

 

if someone buys this product and at the same time in his order buys another product then i want the extra product to be receiving an Z% discount (and of course the free couriers that i already know how to do it in another way)

 

Is something like this possible in prestashop?
