Force product ordering on the catalog page

Hi,

I'm new to Prestashop (version 1.1.0.5) and also a Prestashop-Admin by accident so please bear with me.

Imagine that my Catalog page should show the products A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H in this order:

A B C D

E F G H

..and this *must* be the one and only way to be shown.

Right now, with the different pre-defined sorting options offered by the backoffice I cannot get what I want.

So, is there any way to force in which order products are shown in the Catalog?
