Upgrade from 1.5.4.1 to 1.6.0.2

I'm trying to upgrade my shop from 1.5.4.1 to 1.6.0.2 while as a subdomain. Template default - bootstrap is incompatible with 1.5. I did upgrade databases under this http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/251288-manual-upgrade-guide-ps-12-ps-13-ps-14-upgrade-only-database/

Eeverything ok.
No problems I got into back office, I can work normally. Problem is when I want to open the front screen - remains white - no signs of templates.
Template default - bootstrap is not showing (in MYSQL table ps-theme too not), so I delete original template and add a new - default - bootstrap.

Then default - bootstrap shows in preferences-themes but it is not working - page is white.
Error displayed:

Fatal error: Call to a member function hasLeftColumn() on a non-object in /data/c/a/caj-kava-cokolada.sk/sub/prestanew/classes/controller/FrontController.php on line 76

I looked into Advanced parameters - Configuration information and item Current theme in use: is blank.

In my case I moved a prestashop database to a new server and upgraded it from there to 1.6.0.4, at first, after reading your problem I deleted all the old themes and enabled the bootstrap-default.

Still, after having done that (and regenerated the thumbnails) I still get the same error
