Backoffice Modules and Payment tabs won't display

I've got the sample store working under Prestashop - mostly

In my backoffice I cannot seem to access the "Modules" or "Payment" tabs

All I get is an HTTP error 500 in both cases

How can I find out more about how to debug such errors ?

I have exactly the same probleme !

The same error with the same tab.
The tab catalog too.

Internal server error 500.
