vekia
MaxConnectionsPerSite it's related to apache configuration. what does it mean? it mean that you reached maximum available connections. your host set it up to your for 30, it mean that your store was browsed by many customers and you reached the limit. what to do? increase it. this is the only way to solve this problem. have you asked your hoster about that?

HairMaker.Gr
I make a call to my host and they told me,that they see the same errror, to repeat several times in the day in my ( error logs) . They told me that they can not increase the number of my connections, and the solution is ....... 1) i must see my modules, because perhaps i have to many open connections. ( i dont know how to do that and to see what modules make too many open connections for hours !!!!!) 2) or something wrong in my prestashop configuration. (I dont have change anything.) 3) to make an update to my prestashop version. or the better 3) to move to VPS server. It is something in the middle of Shared Hosting και Dedicated Server.
