Customer service messages are empty

I wanted to change my email address, because prestashop is sending customer service emails on it. So I did it. But now I have a problem with translated site messages, all messages I recieve are empty. Any ideas?

Olet vastaanottanut viestin kauppasi: {kaupan_nimi} asiakkaalta

BUT in english site it is correct:
