vekia
you're talking about "resposiveness" - your theme must be responsive. if your theme isn't, it will not work. you can also turn on mobile version under preferences > themes, there is an option to turn it on. vekia
if you need any other help - create new topic with your question. an regarding to this topic. you use non-responsive theme so "auto resize function on my shop based on the customer device reslution" doesn't work. you can only turn on mobile template. ZeroCard
Hello, Is there any way to make it responsive? If so what do you suggest?
vekia
it is possible to create responsiveness for this theme. It is possible to do it for every theme. but it will not be as easy as it seems. to be honest, if you aren't familiar with smarty, css and with responsiveness it will be a very hard, you have to rebuild css styles for this module (include media queries) or to include boostrap. it cant be solved with "quick" solution (a lot of work!) so im more than convinced, that you have to post this thread to job offers section

vekia
in the simple words: include bootstrap to your website or create css media queries for your theme code that you have to use depends on your theme. this is why you need customization.
