suteibi
Hi I have a rapid SSL certificate from Geotrust. But i am not getting HTTPS at all, (my domain is q8-mart.com) i am not getting https even when i am using www i checked with server team (A2Hosting) and the confirmed that the SSL Cert. is installed and configured properly. this was their email to me : "It appears that your SSL certificate is installed and functioning properly on your account, however it appears that Prestashop is configured to use just q8-mart.com, not www.q8-mart.com. All requests to www.q8-mart.com are getting redirected to q8-mart.com . I would recommend checking with the Prestashop support team or their community forums to be sure, but I believe you can fix this by changing the "Shop Domain" and "SSL Domain" in the "SEO & URLs" preferences in the Prestashop administration site to "www.q8-mart.com". " i checked the above configuration on presta shop and changed the domain to www.q8-mart.com as they advised, but still i am having the same issue . can anyone help me please ? what should i do to enable HTTPS on my domain. thanking you in advance. suteibi
yes the padlock is green only if you start the checkout process. but the payment gateway company said that the SSL should be installed on www.q8-mart.com then only they can validate my payment method and approve it. maybe they mean that they want the padlock to be green once you access www.q8-mart.com is it possible to be done ? thank you
vekia
in this case you have to turn on "force ssl on all pages" option under preferences > general tab
