Instalation and store with problens

Hello all,

I´m new with Prestahop, and I´d like the online demo with website, but when I try to install and run in my enviroment I have many problens, and I realy will need a help from community.

Some problens that I have.

1) If I try to create a new user in front store, the system show a error message like "this email exist" , but if I check admin page the user was created, but if I try to enter with email and password, the page load...load...load.. and not enter.
2) If I try to create a new product, after 1 minute the page return with erro code, but when I check the system create more than 100 itens with same name.
and many others...

My server plataform information

Windows Server 2003 64bits
PHP ( I tested many now are installed 5.3.0 win32)
MYSQL ( I teste many now are installed mysql 5.1.39 win64)

Prestashop Version 1.2.4.0

My main question is.....

whats the better combination of SO, PHP and MYSQL to run Prestashop?

I should install Windows Server 2003 32 bits with IIS 6.0 or I should instal Windows Server 2008 32 bits with IIS 7.0?

Whats the better PHP and MYSQL version to run with windows server?

All help will be very welcome!!!!
