I need to create a "Shop All products" link

Hi,

 

Using Prestashop Ver. 1.5.6. w/advanced top menu module. I would like to create a "Shop all products" link in the front office so a customer could bring up our entire list of products without having to navigate indivual categories.

 

This would be added as a link in the advanced top menu module, of which I am familiar with and know how to operate. I do not know how to construct a link that will show me all the products, though, and that is where I need some help.

 

I have searched on this topic via google and prestashop, but all I find are references on how to do this with the back office, which is not what I need. I need to know how to make a link that displays all products for our customers.

by default prestashop shows all products from "home" category

so maybe create link for this category? and with some customization you can disable subcategories view for this

Thanks - I've found a fix.

 

http://www.domain-name.com/shop/2-Home - this URL link will display any products assigned to the Home category, which for me, is a few featured products.

 

It does not display all categories and products unless they are also assigned to Home.  But if you do that, then you ruin your featured products by showing virtually everything.

 

The fix (for me) was to create a "All Products" category. Assign all products to this category and then call it from the menu:
