New theme loaded by not showing

 I've just bought a new theme following the instructions to upload it, nothing, I've even tried to FTP it, its not showing up, I've spent so much time on this?

it's hard to say what's going on there, mainly because no-one knows what theme and what exactly going on there.

if i were you i will ask theme developer first. only then knows they theme perfectly.

 

anyway, 

what kind of problems you've got? what you mean by "not showing" ? you dont see it under preferences > themes tab? or what?
