[SOLVED] contact information block not shown in footer

Hi,

 

I work with prestashop 1.5.6.0.

The contact information block (with the name of the company, address, phone number and e-mailadress) is not shown in the footer (see attached file).

Yet, the contact information block, with all the data, is installed and hooked on the footer.

 

Can someone please help me? Thanks a lot!

 

I hope I use the correct english terms, my webshop is in Dutch.

there are only this:

it looks like your module file is empty, can you verify it? check module file: blockcontactinfos.tpl

I found the answer! Indeed, in this file the most important data stood between {* and *}. A few weeks ago I was editing the footer, was also working with lof advance footer free module and there it went wrong.

I have a problem. If I enable 'Contact Information Block', the site is not working. It shows '500 Internal Server Error'. If I disable 'Contact Information Block', the site works alright. Any clues from anybody? Any other person facing this problem ?

Edit config/defines.inc.php and change the value of _PS_DEV_MODE_ from false to true to get an error message instead of a 500 page. That error message should help you find the cause.
