Shipping Options

Hello, I've got a site that's due to go live soon but have a problem with shipping options.

Simple charges based on weight or price don't really work for me; I could really do with an option which allows me to set some kind of shipping reference number for each product in the catalogue, then set a variety of shipping options for each difference reference number.

For example, I have 3 different products, A, B + C as follows:

Product --- Standard Delivery --- Saturday Delivery --- x2 items
A ------------------- £10 ------------------- £20 -------------No extra
B ------------------- FREE ------------------ £10 --------------- x2
C --------------------FREE ------------------£10 --------------- x2

Does anybody know of any way I can set shipping rules in such a way?
